I forgot to add this...
If your users decide to keep this OFF because they often receive emails with long lists, they can always turn it on and off for individual emails by doing the following;
1. Start to print the memo using File, Print.
2. In the Printer dialog box, click on the tab marked Page Setup.
3. In the bottom right hand corner of page setup, select or deselect (as required), the option marked;
